Combining DELTABEAM® With Hollow-Core Slabs

DELTABEAM® and Hollow-Core slabs work together to achieve long spans, speed of construction and integrated fire resistance.

FLAT CEILING

A flat ceiling lowers floor-to-floor heights and also makes HVAC installations easy and cost-efficient. The underside of the DELTABEAM® can be left exposed and painted for a more industrial look and feel.

LONG SPANS

DELTABEAM® Slim Floor Structure and its long spans allow you to create open spaces with spans of over 11 meters. The long spans in both directions mean fewer columns are needed.

INTEGRATED FIREPROOFING

DELTABEAM® comes with built-in fire resistance and eliminates the need for on-site fireproofing. DELTABEAM® and Hollow-Core has a 2-hour UL assembly listing (UL k921).
