127 Bannatyne is a 120,000 sq ft, 11-storey infill project located in the historic Exchange District of Winnipeg, MB.

This mixed-use development features underground parking, commercial space, office space, and 90 apartments above, plus a roof terrace.

An interesting aspect of the project is that it will blend old neighborhood qualities with modern elements. The podium portion of the building succeeds in integrating with the historic streetscape thanks to its scale and chosen exterior materials, while the tower effectively integrates with its surroundings thanks to its offset location and thoughtful design.

To achieve an efficient and spacious design, DELTABEAM® was utilized in multiple areas of the building to maximize vertical space. This allowed for a slimmer floor structure, providing more room for essential services and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.

Alston Properties is the developer of the project, which is currently under construction. The building was designed by Atlrq Architecture Inc., and Wolfrom Engineering Ltd. provided the structural engineering services. Imperial Metal Industries Inc. erected the structure and supplied the columns and walls. Concord Projects Ltd. is the general contractor for the project, and Lafarge Canada Precast provided the hollowcore slabs.

The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2024.
