The building, with two underground floors, is adapted for people with disabilities - accessibility will be facilitated by an elevator. The western part of the first floor is planned for bicycle storage. The facade of the building will consist of partially transparent profiled glass and panels, aluminum profile windows, and doors. The completed structure will be equipped with ventilation, video surveillance, access control, traffic management, and other necessary security systems.
Peikko Lietuva designers have designed DELTABEAM® composite beams and PCs corbels for reinforced concrete columns for this project. DELTABEAM® beams were used in two underground and five above-ground levels. In total, 1124m of DELTABEAM® beams with R90 fire resistance were used over seven floors of the building. for supporting DELTABEAM® beams were used PCs® corbels - hidden column corbels. The use of DELTBEAM® composite beams allowed meeting the requirements for thin floor structures. The beams were designed not to protrude below the floor. 70% of the beams were identical and repeated across the floors, which expedited the beam design and modeling process
